Picturesque Wald im Pinzgau lies in the Salzsachdal between Neukirchen and Krimml. The development of Ferienpark Schöneben – Schöneben means beautiful place – is done by the Dutch Holiday Rental Company, Chaletsplus, in partnership with the community of Wald.

Thirteen chalets were developed during 2002 and 2003. The community have recently approved the development of a further 8 chalets to the west of the existing chalets.

Each chalet stands on its own plot with a balcony or terrace facing south. Each chalet has a garage or car port.

Wald im Pinzgau boasts with some world-class holiday opportunities. The world renowned 200 km long cross country track, Pinzgau Loipe through the Salzachdal can be seen from your chalet. The free ski-bus to the fantastic ski-area, Zillertal Arena with some 36 ski-lifts, stops in front of your door. The golf course of Mittersill is 15 minutes by car. The nature park, Hohe Tauern, offers more hiking trails than you can walk as well as the Krimml Waterfall – the highest waterfall in Europe. Cycling routes are numerous with routes all the way to the city of Salzburg.

Ferienpark Schöneben is marketed for holiday rental by Chaletsplus (http://www.chaletsplus.nl), who specializes in the rental of holiday chalets in Königsleiten and Wald im Pinzgau. You decide which weeks you want to reserve for your own use – the unused weeks will be offered for rental by Chaletsplus. This is a condition of purchase imposed by the community of Wald.
